Firm Offers Technical Ed. in 18 Languages

Following its acquisition of American Research Group, Global Knowledge Network became a top technical education provider for both Microsoft Corp. and Cisco Systems. The firm provides a broad range of complex technical training, delivered consistently at multiple locations worldwide.

The ARG acquisition brought 89 instructors and 49 new curricula to Global Knowledge, which already had 300 full-time instructors and 350 classroom curricula. ARG will operate as an autonomous entity in partnership with Global Knowledgeís 28 subsidiary companies.

ARG has led the development of hands-on, skills-based network training courses that simulate ìreal-worldî networking environments. Last year, the company trained 21,000 people at 34 locations throughout the U.S.
