Winning school districts/teacher organizations will use the grants to train teachers to integrate online technologies into curriculum, improve their current technology, and make a difference in the overall learning environment at schools after their training.

The final phase of BellSouth’s edu.pwr3 program is Power to Learn. The Foundation will choose three to five schools in the South whose administrators are committed to comprehensive professional development and technology integration.
