Enhanced Portal Provides e-learning Opportunities

Timecruiser Computing Corporation, developers of the CampusCruiser portal, and Eduprise, providers of e-learning for higher education institutions, have partnered to offer a comprehensive e-learning solution as part of CampusCruiser. Timecruiser plans to extend the functions of CampusCruiser by enhancing and adding e-learning technology, based on Java and open IMS standards licensed from Eduprise. The resulting version will create an end-to-end system that is personalized to deliver a full range of e-learning resources, administrative services, community tools and Internet connection from a single login. Eduprise offers all of the services required for institutions to adopt e-learning at the enterprise level, including assessment, strategy development, remote hosting, administration, ongoing maintenance, 24-hour student and faculty help desks, course conversion and evaluation services.
