Transform Web-Based Research

Learn Technologies Interactive, Inc. has created hyperfolio technology, a software application designed to facilitate Web-based research. The program allows users to collect text, pictures, videos, and other media items from the Web and transform them into customized multimedia documents. Web users simply drag and drop media items from their browsers into the program to create a personal collection, which can be catalogued and stored on the desktop. Users can then organize these media items into presentations. All items retain their source URL, and a single mouse click returns users to the source.

The software assists students in all aspects of online research: capturing multimedia content, organizing the media items, creating multimedia worksheets, and sharing collections and worksheets with others, on the Web or via e-mail.
