ShareStream 5 Gets Unlimited File Uploads

ShareStream has released version 5.0 of ShareStream Rich Media Platform.

ShareStream Rich Media Platform is a tool for integrating media into online courses and university communications. It allows faculty, students, and administrators to create, edit, store, manage and deliver media. It is delivered as software as a service or as traditional software and is compatible with a variety of learning management systems, including Blackboard, Sakai, and eCollege.

Features new to this version include:

  • A new user interface;
  • Additional support for user-generated content and media mashups;
  • Enhanced search and discovery; and
  • Improved upload functionality with unlimited file size.

ShareStream v5.0 is currently shipping to anchor customers and will be released commercially in May.
