The last issue of THE Insider included the news that T.H.E. Journal is moving into a new phase of its history, but it bears repeating. The next issue of the magazine some of you have been reading for 40 years will come to you in a fully digital format. The June/July issue you received in the mail is the last one to be printed on old-fashioned paper.

You can read all about it in a story elsewhere in this newsletter, and you can watch a video presentation of how and why we decided to make this move from T.H.E. Journal  Editorial Director Therese Mageau.

We are busy preparing the August issue now and a link will arrive in your e-mail inbox at about the same time you would have otherwise received the print version in your snail mailbox. The digital edition you receive will not simply be a PDF version of the old print magazine either. At the same time, we are reformatting the pages to better accommodate the way you will be accessing the pages. There will also be enhancements that allow us to use many more multimedia resources than we previously had available to us. Expect to see more video, more podcasts, more slideshows, and more infographics.
