Aspex Releases Human Resources System Tailored to School Districts

Following a year of pilot programs in 60 school districts throughout the United States human resources technology developer Aspex Solutions has released AppliTrack HR Files, a paperless, cloud-based personnel file system tailored specifically for school districts.

AppliTrack HR Files offers a collection of online human resource tools designed to streamline the recruitment and hiring process, automate routine personnel processes, and allow school districts to store, view, share, sort, track, and manage teacher evaluations and other essential school data.

The AppliTrack HR Files system tracks submitted forms, automatically routes forms, and builds an automated employee demographic database. Personnel paperwork such as teacher evaluations, payroll forms, absence forms, and field trip requests can be submitted and reviewed through the AppliTrack HR Files system.

In addition, the system includes a collection of real-time data reporting tools that allow districts to manage their recruiting and hiring processes. A series of prescreening tools, such as TeacherFit, JobFit, and AdminFit, are designed to measure personality, attitude, and skill characteristics designed for predicting on-the-job performance of potential employees.

Key features include:

  • Management of employee documents and forms;
  • Applicant watch lists integrated with social media outlets;
  • Research-based prescreening tools for assessing potential employees;
  • Custom document workflow designed to route items sequentially, or for concurrent notifications;
  • Electronic forms;
  • An automated employee demographic database;
  • An employee self-service portal; and
  • A flexible system and document permissions for user security cusomization.

"AppliTrack HR Files is a self-service system," said Aspex Solutions president Abe Reese, in a prepared statement. "Rather than relying on school or central office staff to manually receive, move, and file key documents, HR Files gives employees far more control over their paperwork and school district leadership far more intelligence into their organization."

Cloud-based HR technology developer Aspex Solutions provides digital systems to organizations in education, government, and business. For more information about AppliTrack HR Files, visit aspexsolutions.com.
