SRC Solutions Launches New Platform for Student Document Management

SRC Solutions, a company that offers an online enrollment program, has launched a new platform for helping schools manage student documents and communications related to compliance, retention, and risk mitigation.

The On Demand K12 Gateway Student Relationship Management Platform features four modules designed to address "the Who, What, Why, How and When of document, communication, and data access," according to company CEO Patrick Maher. The overall goal for a district is to take paper-based documentation processes and port them online, where they may be more useful, as searchable data points.

The modules include:

  • An online repository of on-demand and accessible records.
  • The ability to set security controls, allowing access and permission management roles to be assigned to staff members based on record type.
  • A user configurable retention and reporting schedule that can archive and analyze more than 100 years of data.
  • Automatic delivery of student communications, like report cards, to parents.
