Odysseyware Adds Custom Course Builder and Search Functionality

Online curriculum provider Odysseyware has added new tools and features to its custom course builder and enhanced the search functionality of the platform. 

The custom course builder has been redesigned to allow educators to identify and organize the building blocks of a course so they can personalize the learning experience for each student.

Teachers can choose to write their own content, customize a course they’ve already created or customize a standard course. The new tools gives them the power to rearrange, add and delete as they please.  

A new keyword search engine with a filter feature was created to help teachers find units or assignments. They are able to explore, search and save content they find during the search and track the search path. Odysseyware has created four different searches engines based on 1) curriculum; 2) custom courses or previously created assignments; 3) topics; or 4) state and Common Core standards.
