By using My eCoach Online, teachers join a networked learning community that provides communication and collaboration tools, resources, and researched-based instruction methods.

Through the site, teachers become members of a team guided by their own eCoach who provides online coaching and mentoring, ideas for building curriculum, access to a database of standards, and opportunities for collaboration on projects. The site also gives teachers access to online storage capabilities and use of a pubic library aligned to ISTE's National Educational Technology Standards for Students.
