Omnivox Systems Ltd.

Omnivox from Omnivox Systems Ltd. (www.omnivox.biz) converts a user's desktop or work surface into an audio speaker that is ideal for use with a projector, laptop or portable DVD player. Its compact hockey-puck style design is 1.3" tall and has a diameter of 3.2", which makes it easy to pack in a briefcase or projector carrying case. The Omnivox can be connected to any audio output using a 3.5 mm stereo jack socket. It also can reproduce a wide range of audio frequencies operating between 200 Hz and 16 kHz at a volume of 80 dB. In addition, the Omnivox is able to use any table or work surface to produce "diffused" sound, thereby eliminating the usual problems associated with the directional sound generated by conventional loudspeakers.
