E-rate Tool Brings Entire Application Process Online

Funds For Learning this week launched a new component for its online E-rate application suite, E-rate Manager for Applicants. The new component, called the "Form 470 Wizard," couple with the other tools in the suite, allows users to complete the entire E-rate application process online.

E-rate Manager for Applicants is a suite of tools for helping applicants manage E-rate processes. The new Form 470 Wizard functions like an online tax preparation form to help complete the "Description of Services Requested and Certification Form" of the E-rate application process. Information is entered via an online form with data validation features that can highlight potential areas of concern on the application.

E-rate Manager for Applicants is available now on an annual subscription basis, with fees determined by the number of students enrolled. Pricing starts at $199 for up to 9,999 students.

In related news, Funds For Learning has also recently released a free E-rate utility called the E-rate Calendar, which allows users to track changing deadlines for E-rate program filings.
