ALS Releases Online Algebra Readiness Assessment

##AUTHORSPLIT##<--->

Ed tech developer Accurate Learning Systems has released MathScore Assess, a Web-based math assessment aimed at gauging student preparedness for Algebra I and targeted for use in elementary and middle school classrooms.

MathScore Assess is designed to measure "core computational skills that are critical for future Algebra I success" through a dynamic assessment engine that adjusts problem difficulty based on student responses. Tests are designed to be completed in about 20 minutes.

MathScore Assess can be used as a standalone readiness assessment tool or as an integrated assessment within the MathScore practice environment. (This requires a subscription to both services.) When used in conjunction with MathScore, MathScore Assess can also provide automated math topic recommendations.

Further information about MathScore and MathScore Assess can be found here.
